This way we perform and feel a lot better. ‘A productive day’ provides you with a clear and practical framework to structure your working day. It is an organic blend of mindfulness practices and mind hacks—easily integrated into the way you work.

Opening
Beginning the day with clarity and focus, relieves stress and makes us more productive. In this section, you will learn how to structure your working day. You will also learn how to create a plan of
action that is in line with what is most important in your life.

 

Tasking
Everything we do is made of tasks. If we get better at ‘tasking’, we get better at everything. In this section, you will learn how to accomplish any task, in a focused and calm way. This way of working is very rewarding and reduces mind generated stress.

 

Closing
Closing the working day properly protects our private life and let us begin afresh the next day. In this section, you will learn how wrap up your work and put it in the past. This will give a clear signal to your brain that it is time to let go, relax and regenerate.

– Developer of a mindfulness & meditation app

A passionate trainer and mindfulness coach, Davide aims to make the benefits of mindfulness and meditation more accessible. Having spend five years at a traditional Buddhist philosophy college in Nepal, Davide now offers regular workshops and daily guided mindfulness practices to teams and companies. Davide translates the knowledge he has gained over the past years into precise instructions that you can immediately put into practice. The hands-on mind training programs are aimed at creating a sustainably healthy mind and help high potential individuals to develop the skills they need to become the best leader they can be.

 

Atilla Mohiddin
– Trainer 

Atilla has worked for 9 years as an independent (brain)trainer.
He studied Behavioural Economics at the Univeristy of Amsterdam and graduated at the Galan School for Training.
